Full-time (Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts) About the Role We're looking for a dependable Production Line Worker - Packager to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing capos for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team. Responsibilities Package capos safely and efficiently to meet quality control standards (goal: ~1,000 units per day). Identify and report recurring or significant quality issues to supervisors. Perform occasional special projects as assigned. Properly label, close, and palletize boxes for storage or shipment. Lift and carry boxes weighing 30-40 pounds several times per day. Keep workstation clean and organized throughout the day. Accurately record all packed and scrapped units and submit daily paperwork. Complete all required end-of-week reports and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Good verbal communication skills. Basic math processing skills Physical Requirements Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements (manual dexterity). Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout shift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely and repeatedly. Work Environment Indoor, climate-controlled production facility with LED lighting. Predictable, steady-paced workflow (moderate level of activity). 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Includes one 30-minute lunch and four scheduled breaks. PPE and appropriate attire (long pants, closed-toe shoes) required.
