Cold and non-climate-controlled areas depending on the department and work location. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Order Picker / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires experience operating Crown Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers and the ability to accurately pick products using paper pick tickets . This is a traditional warehouse operation that does not use RF scanners for order picking . Associates will read paper orders, manually locate products, verify quantities, and prepare orders for shipment. Essential Responsibilities Read and follow paper pick tickets to accurately locate and pick products. Operate Crown Reach Truck and Dock Stocker safely and efficiently. Verify product numbers, descriptions, and quantities against paper orders. Pick and stage products according to customer orders. Replenish inventory and move pallets to designated warehouse locations. Load and unload products as needed. Maintain accurate and organized work areas. Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues. Follow all warehouse, food-handling, and safety procedures. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safe forklift operation. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and Dock Stocker required. Previous order-picking experience preferred. Experience working with paper pick tickets/orders preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Ability to read and understand product numbers, quantities, and warehouse locations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to safely operate forklifts in a busy warehouse environment. Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Work Environment & Breaks This is a food facility with areas that may be cold or non-climate-controlled , depending on the department and work area. Employees should be prepared to work in varying temperatures throughout the facility.
Break schedule includes:
