Job Title:

Production Packer Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor 1-2 production lines safely and efficiently according to company procedures and training. Form and assemble boxes for packaging prior to the start of each run. Pack finished bags into boxes while maintaining speed and accuracy. Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Label, seal, and palletize finished boxes as required. Inspect bags and packaging for defects and report any issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and required use of PPE. Communicate equipment malfunctions, production delays, or quality concerns to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Accurately complete all required production forms and documentation.

Requirements / Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for 12-hour shifts. Ability to work a rotating schedule (one month of days, one month of nights). Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential. Willingness to learn — full training will be provided. Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as provided.

Compensation Hourly Wage:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
