Duties Operate packaging machinery and materials handling equipment to efficiently package products according to manufacturing standards and procedures Inspect finished goods for quality compliance, ensuring accurate labeling and proper packaging techniques Use basic math skills to verify quantities, measurements, and documentation accuracy during the packing process Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist with assembly tasks and materials handling to support continuous production flow Interpret production documents and work instructions to ensure correct packaging procedures are followed Conduct routine mechanical troubleshooting on packaging equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing facility operations or warehouse environments is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documents Capable of heavy lifting, standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation verification Join us in delivering excellence through efficient packaging solutions!
