Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing products while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high standards of quality. This role involves working in a cold environment, requiring physical stamina and teamwork to ensure smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish and be committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Safely pack products according to company standards and procedures Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment, especially within cold room conditions at 47°F Assist with general warehouse operations, including organizing and preparing items for shipment Stand for extended periods during shifts and carry loads of 35 lbs or more as needed Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily packing goals and deadlines Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing area to promote efficiency and safety Qualifications Ability to work inside a cold room at 47°F, standing for long periods Physical ability to carry loads of 35 lbs or more regularly Strong teamwork skills with a cooperative attitude Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish Attention to safety procedures and protocols at all times Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required Join our team and contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative warehouse environment!
