Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:45 PM (Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs) Position Summary We are seeking a Picker/Receiver (Water Spider) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for picking, receiving, material movement, and freight handling while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safe work practices throughout the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Perform picking and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently Pick, receive, and move materials throughout the warehouse Safely operate a forklift to load and unload freight Support material movement and warehouse operations as needed Read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos Maintain basic written documentation and communication as required Utilize basic math skills for inventory and material-handling tasks Operate a computer and perform basic PC-related functions Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months of warehouse, receiving, picking, or related experience ious forklift operation experience required Experience with receiving and picking transactions preferred Basic computer skills Basic math skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy warehouse environment
