School-Based Contract Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team in Pasadena, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with elementary-aged students and wants a consistent 37.5-hour-per-week school-based schedule . The SLP will support a caseload of approximately 60-65 students and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to help students achieve their communication goals. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide services in accordance with student IEPs Monitor and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-65 students Why Consider This Opportunity? $38-$48 per hour , based on experience 37.5 hours per week ASAP start Assignment through May 21, 2027 Elementary school setting Opportunity to work with a diverse student population Consistent school-year schedule Interested in making an impact in an elementary school setting?
