Packing & Organizing Contractors — Simply Home Serving Collin County, TX Position Overview Simply Home is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with packing, unpacking, and organizing household goods. This is flexible, 1099 independent contractor work — you accept or decline jobs day-to-day based on your availability.

Pay:

$17-$19/hr to start, with opportunity to grow. Paid training provided. Travel between job sites is compensated.

Hours:

Jobs are scheduled Monday-Saturday, typically between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Weekly hours vary based on client demand — some weeks may have limited work available, others up to 30 hours. This role does not include evening or Sunday work. Key Responsibilities Pack and unpack household goods with care and organization Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients Work alongside our lead organizer and team members on most jobs Assist with seasonal services, including holiday decorating and Christmas tree setup in November Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Available for daytime hours, Monday-Saturday Reliable transportation to and from client homes Reliable smartphone (we schedule via Connecteam) Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Home staging or organizational experience a plus — training provided Why Join Simply Home?
