$18.00/HR RPM Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Wrap and Pack Specialist to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for wrapping, protecting, packaging, and preparing large panels, components, and custom installations for shipment. Your attention to detail will help ensure every product arrives in excellent condition. Responsibilities- Wrap and protect large panels, components, and heavy products for safe transport
- Package products according to specifications, including custom crating for oversized items
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
- Inspect finished products for quality before packaging
- Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily goals
- Safely operate pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or crating experience preferred
- Ability to push/pull 75-100 lbs. using a pallet jack
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
