Full-Time / Shift Work Job Summary Spiretek International Inc. is currently hiring Production Packers to work at Inteplast Group in Lolita, Texas. Positions are available within the IBS and Profile Departments. Production Packers are responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by inspecting, handling, packing, labeling, and preparing finished products while maintaining established safety and quality standards. Work Schedule This position requires 12-hour shift work.

Day Shift:

7:30 AM

PM Night Shift:

7:30 PM

•7:30 AM Must be available to work the assigned shift schedule, including weekends and holidays when scheduled. Essential Job Duties Pack, bundle, label, count, and prepare finished products according to production requirements. Inspect finished products for defects, damage, and quality concerns. Remove and handle finished products from production lines. Maintain required production and packaging pace. Assist machine operators and other production team members as needed. Properly handle and move materials within the assigned work area. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, quality standards, and company policies. Immediately report product defects, equipment problems, and safety concerns to supervision. Complete required production or quality documentation. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift and perform repetitive movements. The position may require frequent bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting or handling production materials. Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Minimum Qualifications Must be dependable and maintain regular attendance. Must be able to work 12-hour day or night shifts as assigned. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Must follow all required safety and PPE procedures. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packing, or production experience is preferred but not required. Transportation Transportation is available.
