Packer Responsibilities:
Previous experience in packing, production, warehouse operations, or manufacturing. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail to ensure proper packing, labeling, and preparation of products. Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures at all times. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision. Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, responsibility, and a positive work attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Availability to work scheduled shifts and overtime, when required. Previous experience handling materials, bags, super sacks, pallets, and warehouse equipment is preferred. Ability to maintain a consistent production pace while meeting quality and safety standards.
