Job Description

KP Staffing Round Rock is now hiring picking & packing associates for a company that manufactures jewelry products in Austin, TX!
Job Summary:
You will accurately pick jewelry products, carefully pack customer orders, verify product details, and prepare shipments while maintaining accuracy and careful handling of small, high-value items.
Pay:
$15.50
  • 16.50 per hour Shift 1st shift: 7 a.m.
  • 3 p.m. 2nd shift: 3 p.m.
  • 11 p.

Duties:
Accurately pick jewelry products based on customer orders Carefully pack jewelry and related products to prevent damage during shipment Verify product names, item numbers/SKUs, quantities, and order details Inspect jewelry and packaging for visible damage or quality issues before shipment Apply shipping labels and prepare completed orders for shipment Handle jewelry products carefully and responsibly Keep products and inventory organized Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area Follow established procedures for picking, packing, and handling merchandise Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to a supervisor Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned
Qualifications:
No previous jewelry or warehouse experience required; training is provided Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle small and delicate products carefully Reliable and punctual with good attendance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer or barcode-scanner skills are a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
