Information needed Temporary/contract opportunity , currently estimated at 90 days Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit and the referral bonus program Job Description A manufacturing operation is seeking an Assembly Packer to box, label, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment. In this role, you will help ensure products are packaged correctly, meet quality standards, and are ready to ship on schedule. This position involves standing for extended periods, frequent lifting, and working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with overtime as production needs require.
Responsibilities:
Pack and label finished products according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities, padding, sealing, and labeling. Stack and secure finished boxes on pallets using established patterns, stretch wrap, shrink wrap, or straps. Inspect finished products for defects and verify quality standards before boxing and palletizing. Operate pallet jacks and industrial pneumatic staplers while following established safety procedures. Report product, packaging, or equipment issues to supervisors and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 45 pounds or more on a regular basis. Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift, bend, and reach. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and labeling, with strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and maintain schedule flexibility for overtime, Saturdays, and extended shifts as needed.
