Bundler RPM Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Bundlers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by securely wrapping, banding, and palletizing materials while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the packaging process. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:
- Securely wrap, band, and palletize finished products for distribution.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Stack and organize materials safely to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
- Label and prepare pallets for shipping according to company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
- Communicate any product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
