Perfume Orders Packer/Shipper

We are a fast-growing, premium perfume brand specializing in handcrafted fragrances made in the USA. Our warehouse team plays a critical role in delivering a luxury experience to every customer—precision, cleanliness, and consistency matter here. This is not a typical warehouse job. You'll be working with high-value fragrance products where attention to detail is essential. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare perfume orders for shipment Accurately match products, sizes, and SKUs to customer orders Assemble packaging (bottles, boxes, inserts, protective materials) Apply shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments Inspect products for quality and presentation before packing Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Follow all handling and safety procedures for fragrance products Requirements High attention to detail (mistakes are not acceptable) Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes Comfortable standing, walking, and packing for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic Basic English communication skills Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Qualities Experience with e-commerce fulfillment (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) Experience handling fragile or premium products Organized, clean, and process-driven mindset Takes pride in doing things the right way, not the fastest way Why Work With Us Stable work in a growing business Clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment Opportunity to grow into lead or operations roles Be part of a brand customers genuinely love Performance-based raises and growth opportunities

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
