Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Packing Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for packaging fresh pasta for our customers, both wholesale and retail. The ideal candidate is efficient, accurate, and hardworking while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties Package fresh and frozen pasta according to specifications. Weigh, portion, label, and seal products accurately. Inspect products and packaging for quality and proper presentation. Adhere to food safety procedures and good manufacturing practices Assist with general pasta production and other kitchen tasks as needed. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for refrigerated and frozen products. Report quality, equipment, or packaging issues to the supervisor. Qualifications Previous food production, packaging, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move boxes as required. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
