Warehouse Order Picker/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment, maintaining quality standards throughout the packing process. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities Pack products efficiently and accurately according to specifications. Inspect items for quality assurance before packing. Label packages correctly and ensure they are sealed securely. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of packed items. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors promptly. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure quality packing standards are met. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for effective teamwork. Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed. Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is a plus but not required.
