Approximately 6 hours Job Overview Kinetik Meals is seeking a reliable, highly detail-oriented team member to assist with meal assembly and packaging every Friday . The shift begins at 2:00 PM with meal assembly , where prepared food is portioned and assembled into individual meal containers. Assembly typically continues until approximately 5:00 PM . After assembly is complete, the role transitions to order packaging , which typically takes an additional 3 hours . During this stage, individual customer orders are carefully reviewed, the correct meals are collected, and orders are packaged into Kinetik's brown delivery bags. Accuracy is essential throughout both parts of the role. The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, follow instructions precisely, and communicate clearly and promptly with the team. Key Responsibilities Arrive at 2:00 PM every Friday and be prepared to begin meal assembly. Portion and assemble prepared food into individual meal containers according to instructions. Ensure meals are assembled accurately, consistently, and neatly. Follow meal specifications and portioning instructions precisely. Transition to order packaging after meal assembly is complete, typically around 5:30 PM . Carefully review and interpret customer order lists. Locate the correct prepared meals and package them into brown delivery bags according to each customer's order. Verify every order for completeness and accuracy. Double-check packaged orders to minimize errors before dispatch. Communicate promptly with team members regarding missing meals, discrepancies, unclear instructions, or other concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient assembly and packaging area. Assist with other related operational tasks as needed. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and follow written instructions, meal specifications, and customer order lists precisely. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate concerns or discrepancies clearly and promptly. Ability to identify mistakes or inconsistencies and address them before they affect customer orders. Dependable, punctual, and accountable. Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift food containers and packaged meal bags throughout the shift. Previous food service, meal preparation, fulfillment, or packaging experience is helpful but not required. What We're Looking For The most important quality for this position is exceptional attention to detail . Small errors during either meal assembly or packaging can result in customers receiving an incorrect meal or order. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, organized, and dependable; communicates effectively with the team; follows instructions carefully; and takes the initiative to double-check their work. The right person should take pride in getting every meal and every customer order right. You will be trained for the role.
