As demand grows, we're expanding our operations team and looking for a dependable and detail-focused Fulfillment Associate to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience—starting in the warehouse.

Position Overview:

As a Packing Associate at WD Electronics, you'll be responsible for picking and packing, electronic products and components with extreme accuracy and care. Your work will directly impacts customer satisfaction and plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing labels and order management software Inspect products for accuracy, quality and ensure safe, secure packaging Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols Collaborate with the Packing team to meet daily shipping goals Hitting key shipping deadlines for Consumer and Dealer orders.

What We're Looking For:

Previous picking, packing or kitting experience Comfortable handling electronics and small components with care and attention Able to stand/walk/bend for most of the shift Strong attention to detail and time management skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Basic computer skills (familiarity with scanners, shipping software, or inventory systems is helpful)
