As a packaging associate, you will be a vital part of a high-paced production team responsible for boxing, labeling, and quality-checking products to ensure they are ready for distribution. This entry-level role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to work in a collaborative environment where efficiency and attention to detail are top priorities. We have 2 schedules available 6am-6:30 pm or 6pm to 6:30 am.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will handle the end-to-end packaging process, which includes bagging food items, sealing containers, and palletizing finished goods for shipment. You will work closely with the Line Lead to set up production runs, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and strictly adhere to sanitation and safety SOPs to ensure product integrity. Beyond physical production, you will be expected to attend daily training sessions, track progress via computer systems, and foster a positive team environment by communicating effectively with your coworkers to meet hourly productivity standards.

Working hours:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. ... Familiarity with Food Safety standards or Sanitation SOPs. Basic computer literacy for tracking production and training information.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 55 pounds regularly throughout a shift.
