In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately packing outgoing orders, preparing shipments, and keeping our shipping area organized and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in doing careful, efficient work and enjoys a hands-on, active role. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging to prevent damage in transit Label and process shipments using our warehouse/shipping software and barcode scanning systems Inspect products before packing to confirm quality and correct quantities Load and unload shipments, including operating a forklift or pallet jack as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing and shipping area Track inventory and flag discrepancies or supply needs Meet daily shipping deadlines and coordinate with team members to keep orders moving What We're Looking For Some prior experience in a warehouse, packing, or shipping environment preferred Comfort with or willingness to learn warehouse management/shipping software and barcode scanners Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack preferred (certification a plus, or willingness to be certified) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time-management skills

Position Details Schedule:

Part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs

$16-$20/hour, based on experience
