We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Packer to join our team. The Production Packer will be responsible for packing finished products, preparing orders for shipment, inspecting products for quality, and keeping the production area clean and organized. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment. Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Pack and label finished products according to company standards Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality issues Prepare products and packages for shipment Assemble boxes, cartons, and packaging materials Follow production, safety, and quality procedures Maintain an organized and clean work area Operate basic production and packaging equipment as trained Accurately count and verify products Communicate production issues to supervisors Meet daily production and packing goals Perform other general production and warehouse duties as needed Qualifications No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs

Pay:

$24.30 - $29.20 per hour
