• Position Overview
• The Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, picking, and packing dairy products to fulfill customer orders. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in delivering quality products with accuracy and efficiency.
• Responsibilities
• + Pick and pack dairy products according to customer orders and production schedules.

+ Accurately select products and place them on conveyor systems for shipment.

+ Inspect products for quality and ensure orders meet customer specifications.

+ Apply customer labels and shipping information to products.

+ Record product code dates and maintain accurate documentation.

+ Build and palletize orders using manual equipment such as hand trucks and dollies.

+ Help maintain inventory accuracy and organized product flow.

+ Report quality concerns and damaged products to supervisors.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

+ Follow all food safety, quality, and company procedures.

+ Support warehouse and production operations as needed.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.

50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
