Warehouse Picker / Packer Associate (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) Position Summary The Warehouse Picker / Packer Associate is responsible for accurately picking, stocking, and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment utilizing GreyOrange automated mobile storage units. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, order quality, and productivity standards are met while maintaining a safe work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and GreyOrange robotic/mobile storage systems. Load inventory into GreyOrange mobile stocking units ("Put" process). Retrieve inventory from GreyOrange mobile units to fulfill orders ("Pick" process). Pack customer orders securely and accurately according to company packing standards. Label, verify, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery. Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged product. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times. Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred. Experience working with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong reliability and attendance record required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support operational needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift. Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, and carrying. Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Work Environment Distribution center / warehouse environment utilizing GreyOrange robotic automation technology. May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs. Performance Expectations Maintain accuracy and productivity standards. Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and dependability.
