$16.00/hr
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm ( During peak season, the required hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-6:30pm . Please ensure you can work those hours before applying). At Robertson Marketing Group, a leader in promotional merchandise and rewards/recognition products, we're looking for an Outbound Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. Enjoy a career where your professional growth is valued alongside your personal well-being. Essential Functions Utilize an RF device to accurately pick and prepare orders for packing and shipping. Efficiently manage tasks such as signing into devices, finding batch numbers, and ensuring correct product and quantity. Maintain organization of the work area, ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment. Conduct Quality Control checks and manage inventory supplies as needed. Reliable attendance is critical, as this role cannot be performed remotely.
Minimum Qualifications Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
1 year of warehouse order picking required.
Skills :
Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities. Essential Skills, Abilities & Knowledge Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with using computer (RF) devices and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Professional and positive attitude with a commitment to personal and company growth. Physical Demands Role primarily in a warehouse environment, involving lifting (up to 50 Lbs), standing (90% of time), and occasional forklift operation (10% of time). Visual and auditory acuity for equipment operation and team communication.
