Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks, to deliver appliances to residential and commercial locations. Unload and transport appliances using appropriate equipment such as hand tools, power tools, ladders, and mechanical devices. Install appliances accurately by following schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, plumbing connections, and manufacturer instructions. Troubleshoot equipment issues during installation or delivery, identifying mechanical or electrical problems and resolving them efficiently. Conduct basic maintenance, repair, and assembly of appliances as needed to ensure proper operation before final customer handoff. Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Complete detailed documentation of deliveries and installations, including inspection reports and service logs. Qualifications Proven experience with appliance installation, repair, or field service work involving refrigeration, electrical systems, plumbing, or mechanical components. Skilled in reading schematics and using ladders safely for elevated work. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, electrical work, and equipment troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and appliance assembly is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with experience operating box trucks or similar company vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), electrical experience, and field service procedures is a plus.
