Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Packer Black Bear Talent is seeking an experienced Packer to join our client's warehouse in Salem. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. Key Responsibilities Efficiently pack, label, and prepare items for shipment with great accuracy Verify final quality control of finished goods to ensure top standards Ensure UPC codes are properly affixed on all packages Maintain accurate paperwork and submit documentation promptly Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications & Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Capable of standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Work Schedule & Benefits Full-time position with an 8-hour day shift (7:00am - 4:00pm) Overtime and weekend availability required Competitive pay between $15.00 - $16.00/hour depending on experience On-site work at a well-organized warehouse environment At Black Bear Talent, we pride ourselves on partnering with you to find the right career fit At Black Bear Talent we're not just about filling a space.
