Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trimmer / Packer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully trimming and packaging garments to ensure they meet quality standards. Responsibilities Perform trimming of garments to meet specified quality standards using appropriate tools and techniques Interpret production documents, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure correct product handling and packaging processes Ability to comfortably use a Windows based computer. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies or safety hazards Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment preferred Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and quality checks required Able to read English written work orders, tickets, and operating procedures. We work with a wide range of garment colors. Able to differentiate between the colors red, green, and blue Cross training available.
