We're a hands-on team that takes pride in our product and the way we operate. About the Role We're looking for a reliable, fast-moving Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately packaging our products and fulfilling wholesale orders for retail stores. This is a detail-oriented position where speed and accuracy both matter — we need someone who can keep up with a fast-paced environment without cutting corners. Responsibilities will vary with the season, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt are key. What You'll Do Package cannabis products in compliance with state regulations and company standards Pick and fill wholesale orders for retail store accounts Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace Log and track inventory and order data accurately Adapt to shifting priorities and seasonal production demands Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the team lead promptly What We're Looking For Experience in cannabis packaging or fulfillment strongly preferred — task speed matters and prior experience makes a real difference Cultivera experience is a major plus Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Driven, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically active work Reliable and punctual — must be able to commute reliably to be here by 8am every day; your team counts on you Compensation & Schedule $18.00/hr to start Full-time hours Schedule may vary based on seasonal production needs
