Production Assistant -
Specialty Food Manufacturing Pay:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Includes a paid 30-minute lunch break as part of the 8-hour shift)

$20.00-$24.00 per hour , depending on experience Paid training Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) after one year of employment Health insurance premium reimbursement Stable, full-time employment Friendly, team-oriented work environment Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Fill products into retail packaging using semi-automatic equipment or by hand. Apply labels to retail packaging using labeling equipment or by hand. Complete batch production records accurately and double-check work for accuracy. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards. Prepare finished products for shipment, including wrapping fragile items and assembling case quantities. Lift and stack 20-50 lb bags, boxes, and finished products onto pallets as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day. Clean the production area at the end of each shift. Participate in weekly warehouse cleaning and general housekeeping. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. What You'll Need to Succeed Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday . Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift and stack 20-50 lb bags and boxes on pallets. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent judgment when packaging, labeling, and inspecting products. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks on schedule. Willingness to assist other departments when needed. Positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
