Overview We are seeking a reliable Bakery Packaging Associate to join our overnight production team. This position focuses on slicing and packaging bread and bakery product, preparing products for distribution, maintaining cleanliness of the work areas, and supporting daily production operations. Duties Slice freshly baked bread using mechanical slicers, ensuring uniform thickness and quality standards are met. Package sliced bread efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling procedures. Operate and maintain packaging equipment, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues as needed. Conduct quality checks on bread products, verifying appearance, and freshness before packaging. Assist in cleaning workstations and equipment regularly to ensure a sanitized environment. Support food production processes by adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining accurate documentation. Schedule Monday- Saturday 10:00pm-4:00am Full-time (36 hours per week) Notice This is NOT a baking position. Applicants should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, working both independently and with team members, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. No baking experience is required.
