Job Summary Our Spokane Valley production facility is hiring a Production & Packaging Associate to help turn finished product into retail-ready packages. You'll be part of the team responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling items before they head out to stores. No cannabis industry background needed — we provide paid training to get you up to speed. What You'll Be Doing Weigh, package, and label product accurately and efficiently Run and maintain production equipment throughout the shift Perform quality control checks to catch issues before product ships Prepare and stage completed orders for shipment Keep your workstation and the surrounding production area clean and organized Compensation & Schedule This is a full-time role paying $18.13 per hour across a steady 40-hour workweek, with quarterly raises built in to reward your continued contribution. Qualifications Age:
Must be at least 21 years old
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
