Job Description
About the Position White's Boots, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Packaging Associate is responsible for preparing completed footwear for shipment by packing products into boxes, applying labels, entering inventory information, and ensuring finished products are accurately prepared for the next stage of the shipping process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a consistent and structured environment, and takes pride in following a streamlined process with accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. What You'll Do - Essential Functions Operate a computer and accurately enter inventory data. Prepare and apply product and shipping labels. Prep and assemble cardboard boxes for finished products. Carefully pack footwear into boxes for shipment. Weigh and record package information as needed. Transport inventory to the appropriate departments. Inspect computer data and package information for accuracy. Follow established work procedures, safety requirements, and job instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For -
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to operate a computer. Previous data entry experience. Previous experience handling inventory. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow work instructions and established procedures. Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to scheduled work hours. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in packaging, shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing. Ability to type at least 35 words per minute. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily indoors within a manufacturing facility. Position requires working both independently and collaboratively with a team. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, including more than 90% of the workday. Must occasionally move throughout the factory to transport footwear and inventory to other departments. Must be able to visually inspect computer screens, labels, and inventory information for accuracy. Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Occasional mandatory and voluntary overtime may be required based on production needs. Pay Starting at $18.00 per hour Why Join White's Boots?
