Our client, a privately owned U.S.-based supply chain company, is currently seeking a Picker/Packer in Tacoma, WA . The Picker/Packer will be responsible for ensuring all orders are picked and packed with high accuracy to speed up the timeliness of deliveries in the field. This role pays $18.25 /hr . Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Additional overtime will be required. Shifts can extend up to two hours past the end time.

The Day-to-Day:

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently according to warehouse procedures. Use handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment to support inventory tracking and order processing. Follow warehouse management system requirements to ensure proper documentation and product movement. Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates to complete daily assignments. Keep the facility clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards. Provide excellent service by completing assigned work with accuracy and timeliness. Follow all company and site-specific safety policies to help maintain a safe working environment. Report any inventory issues, damaged products, or equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift. Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.

Pay Rate:

$18.25 /hr

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Additional overtime will be required. Shifts can extend up to two hours past the end time.
