Job Title:
Inventory Clerk / Order Picker/All shifts/Weekends Job Description This role focuses on accurately filling and packaging products for customer orders while supporting inventory control, shipping, and assembly activities. You will work in a big warehouse environment, handling materials, operating warehouse equipment, and using an ERP system to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You may also perform additional duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and production operations. Responsibilities
ORDER PICK
using RF scan gun and Fill customer orders by accurately picking products Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring items are securely packed and properly labeled. Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely. Palletize products and organize finished orders in designated staging or shipping areas. Assist with inventory control activities, including counting, tracking, and reconciling stock levels. Support shipping operations by helping with loading, unloading, and organizing outgoing and incoming shipments. Assist with assembly tasks as needed to support production and order fulfillment. Read and interpret paperwork, including pick lists, packing slips, and other documentation, to ensure order accuracy. Measure materials using a tape measure and read scales to confirm correct dimensions and weights. Handle materials in the warehouse distribution environment, maintaining organization and cleanliness in work areas. Essential Skills Proficiency in order picking and materials handling. Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively. Ability to verify, package, and prepare orders for shipping with a high level of accuracy. Experience working as a material handler in a warehouse or distribution setting. Familiarity with using an computer system for inventory and order processing. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently. High attention to detail to ensure accurate counts and correct order fulfillment. Ability to accurately count products and materials. Ability to read and interpret paperwork such as pick lists and packing slips. Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train in other areas as needed. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a large warehouse and will be certified in all areas. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
