Packer Join a hands-on production team where you'll help make sure products are inspected, packaged, and ready for shipment. No prior experience is required—paid on-the-job training is provided. What You'll Do Inspect products and identify defects. Package and palletize products according to customer specifications. Operate pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and other production equipment. Meet daily expectations for safety, quality, and productivity. Follow company, customer, food safety, and regulatory procedures. What You'll Need No previous experience required; training is provided. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work well with teammates and other departments. Ability to safely operate production equipment after training. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow workplace policies. Schedule & Physical Requirements Shift and hours: 1st: 6:15am-3:00pm, 2nd: 2:45pm-12:30am, 3rd: 10pm-6:30am Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Regular reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and climbing. Ability to lift and position loads up to 35 pounds . Work environment may vary depending on the facility and products. Pay & Growth Pay range: $17.50- $20 per hour Gain hands-on production and equipment experience through on-the-job training, with opportunities to build skills and take on additional responsibilities.
