Job Description
Job Overview Join our growing manufacturing team as a Packer on First Shift from 6:55 am - 3:05 pm. Monday - Friday. In this fast paced role, you'll be an essential part of the production process ensuring that finished products are accurately and efficiently packaged and packed. Your attention to detail will help maintain high-quality standards while adhering to strict food safety guidelines, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a food manufacturing environment. Duties Carefully pack finished products according to specified procedures ensuring accuracy Verify labels meet customer specs and seals meet quality requirements Participate in end of shift clean up Follow all guidelines to maintain compliance during packaging processes Conduct routine inspections of packaged items for defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing preferred Familiarity with safety procedures is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to stand up to 8 hours Perform physical tasks including bending, twisting and lifting up to 30 lbs.
