La Crosse Milling Company is hiring 3rd Shift Production Sacker to join our team. In this hands-on position, you'll help package and move finished oat products while operating production, palletizing, and warehouse equipment. We're looking for dependable people who take pride in doing quality work, working safely, and being part of a team. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do

• Operate automated sacking and palletizing equipment.
• Fill product bags and totes accurately and safely.
• Stack, wrap, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
• Operate a forklift to move finished products into the warehouse.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform routine production-line sanitation and cleaning.
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Use computerized handheld warehouse management equipment.
• Work with your team to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals.
• Work a rotating weekend schedule as required.

What You Bring We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable with physical work.

You should be able to:

• Lift, push, pull, and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs.
• Work around grain dust and in areas with varying hot and cold temperatures.
• Communicate effectively and perform basic numerical tasks.
• Safely operate or learn to operate a forklift.
• Learn basic computerized production and warehouse systems.
• Work well as part of a team.
