Job Description
Job Title:
Production Associate Job Description This Production Utility specialist will work off customer orders and prepare/package parts according to customer specifications. They will manage SAP shipments and organize parts from assembly into warehouse aisles. The role involves lifting 20-50 lbs throughout the day and requires standing on feet for 10-12 hours per day. Training on forklift operation may be provided. Responsibilities Assist with general shipping duties, including tape removal, unit preparation, and weighing/packing a variety of products. Prepare SAP shipments and assist in the paint/preparation area. Assist in unloading incoming parts and product placement within inventory. Pull parts from inventory in preparation for gearbox and/or motor assembly. Perform various shop-floater duties related to production expansion, receiving, and inventory. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year of industrial experience in areas such as warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, or operation. Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and the ability to use an RF scanner. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in prepping items for shipment. Experience working within a shipping department. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.12 - $22.12/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
