String Cheese Packer (1st & 3rd Shifts Available)

String Packer (AM & PM Shifts Available) - Burnett Dairy Cooperative (Grantsburg, WI) Burnett Dairy Cooperative is hiring String Packers to join our production team! Whether you're an early riser or prefer nights, we've got both AM and PM shifts available . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key part in packaging our string cheese products.

7:00 AM - 5:00

PM Pay:

$17.50/hour

PM Shift:

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday (one week) / Monday-Thursday (next week) (Every-other Sunday required)

Hours:

9:00 PM - 6:30

AM Pay:

$19.00/hour

What You'll Do:

Package and weigh string cheese products Operate and monitor packaging equipment Set up, sanitize, and break down machinery Ensure product quality throughout the process Record production and quality data Perform routine equipment and product checks Maintain a clean and sanitary work area Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting Continuous standing and hands-on work Repetitive motion throughout the shift Cold environment typical of dairy production

What We're Looking For:

Team player with a positive attitude Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a physically active role Reliable and dependable attendance Comfortable working with machinery and following processes

Physical Requirements:
