Job Description
Overview ROLAIR Compressors (Associate Engineering Corporation) is currently searching for an Order Picker to join our team. We are a family-owned company and our entire focus is on manufacturing professional-grade air compressors and related products for the construction industry. Pack items securely. Manage inventory by organizing stock, conducting regular stock counts, and communicating with Purchasing Department. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments and preparing shipping labels. Support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering strictly to safety procedures. Assist with subassembly items as needed. Qualifications Ability to work as part of a team. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for subassembly tasks. Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse supervision is advantageous but not required.
