Job Overview ROLAIR Compressors (Associate Engineering Corporation) is looking for an Assistant Repair Technician to join our team. We are a family-owned company and our entire focus is on manufacturing professional-grade air compressors and related products for the construction industry. Duties Training across various departments to learn how our air compressors are built and to learn the assembly process from start to finish. Diagnosing and repair of air compressors, pumps, motors, engines and other components. Using hand and air tools, problem solving customer issues, testing units, and checking quality. Taking various air compressor components apart, trouble shooting, fixing and re-assembling in a timely manner. Experience Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams accurately. Technical proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and safety equipment required for repair tasks. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their technical expertise while supporting essential repair operations. From $21.00 per hour
