Company Description ROLAIR Compressors (Associate Engineering Corporation) is conveniently located along Hwy 60 in Hustisford. We are a family owned company and our entire focus is on manufacturing professional-grade air compressors and related products for the construction industry. We are seeking a Production Support person to become an integral part of our Shipping & Receiving team! You will work as part of a team, having responsibility for packaging our numerous air compressor models. Position will also require some sub-assembly of components and testing assembled units for quality and accuracy. Some heavy lifting required. This is a full-time position on first shift. We offer a competitive benefit package and flexible work schedules; 4 days a week and 10 hours per day. Responsibilities Stay ahead on material needed to package compressors. Crating or boxing compressors as they are brought to the area. Marking shipments with the proper address & truck routing. Quality control of units before shipping and type of units being produced for proper bases. Inventory of wood, cardboard boxes, staples & nails. Qualifications Experience with saws, measuring tapes and nail guns helpful. Ability to Label & mark units correctly. Ability to operate air nailers & staplers safely. Ability to count pieces on orders correctly and double check. Accurately assemble the correct bases for the units coming off the assembly lines. Keeping saws running and blades sharp, oiling & maintaining nail & staple guns. Make sure wood is proper density to hold together.
