You'll assist with machine operation, product inspection, manual packing, palletizing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You'll work closely with your teammates to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while following all required food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities Operate basic packaging equipment, including depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, and forklifts. Inspect products for proper labeling, alignment, and packaging quality. Manually pack and palletize finished products. Follow FIFO inventory practices and assist with material management. Record inventory transactions, shipments, and quality results in SAP. Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety requirements. Complete basic production paperwork and promptly report equipment, quality, or safety issues to supervisors.. Requirements High school diploma or GED required and 1 year minimum of work experience in manufacturing or food production. Forklift certification is preferred, with willingness to obtain certification if needed. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and operate production equipment. Basic computer and math skills; familiarity with SAP or hand scanners is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and stand/walk for extended periods. Ability to push, pull, carry, reach, climb, bend, and stoop as required. Must be willing to follow all required safety, sanitation, and PPE procedures.
