Purpose and Scope The Inspector Packer works as part of a collaborative production team to inspect and package finished goods according to customer specifications. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient production flow. All work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Pay rate is $20.60 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd shift or 3rd shift. Detailed Duties Inspect products to ensure they exceed customer quality standards Read and follow job order and packing specifications accurately Prepare and package finished products for shipment according to requirements Operate grinders and manage scrap removal as needed Change rolls of plastic material as required Communicate quality or equipment concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
