Job Description

Fulfillment Warehouse Associate Oshkosh, WI | 1st Shift (6 AM or 8 AM start) | Full-Time We're partnering with a well-established Oshkosh employer, one of the country's original and largest direct-to-consumer gift and household product companies, to fill several fulfillment warehouse openings. If you like to stay on your feet, move quickly, and get satisfaction from a job well done, this could be a great fit.
THE ROLE
Depending on where you're placed, your day-to-day will look like one of these: Picking — Moving through your assigned zone of the warehouse, accurately selecting items and packing them into totes, then sending totes back down the line. This role is very physical and fast-paced — you'll be on your feet, multitasking, reading and interpreting pick slips, and staying organized while keeping a sharp eye for detail in a constantly moving system. Checking/Packing — Double-checking totes against work tickets and packaging orders to make sure every order is correct before it moves to shipping, and selecting the right box size to minimize excess material. This is fast-paced, independent, repetitive work that calls for strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused working on your own. Shipping Support — Placing finished packages into assigned trailers quickly and accurately, checking labels for accuracy along the way. Expect bending, lifting, twisting, and time on your feet, with lifting requirements up to 40 pounds. This role works as part of a team. General Support — Jumping in wherever the team needs a hand — picking, packing, bagging, or general packaging support. You may be moved around at any time, so we're looking for a team player who's willing to learn and adapt. Many 1st shift team members also pick up additional skills along the way, such as generating work orders, handling materials, loading trucks, manifesting shipments, or moving totes and boxes around the floor. Expect a mix of standing, walking, lifting, and general physical activity throughout your shift.
