Responsibilities:
Pack finished products into boxes and cases while maintaining production quality standards. Perform packaging duties including stacking, palletizing, and preparing finished cases for shipment. Supply packaging materials to production lines and assist machine operators and material handlers as needed. Monitor production lines to ensure products and raw materials feed properly through the process. Inspect products for correct labels, caps, pumps, and overall packaging quality. Assist with hand capping, pump installation, and verifying secure closures on finished products. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to established procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment throughout the shift. Remove waste materials from the production line and support general housekeeping duties. Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures while meeting production goals. Rotate between multiple packaging stations throughout the shift to support production needs.
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic. Capable of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Comfortable working around moderate to strong fragrances. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and assist with lifting heavier materials when required.
