This hands-on role moves materials between workstations, installs hardware, cleans and inspects completed cases, tracks materials and supplies, and helps ensure orders are packed accurately. This position also supports other departments as needed. The right candidate is comfortable standing throughout the workday, lifting up to 35 pounds, recognizing quality concerns, and helping wherever production needs require. Voluntary overtime is available, and employees have Friday afternoons off. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package finished sewn products for shipment
• Move materials and products between workstations
• Install grommets, rivets, staples, and other required hardware
• Clean finished cases, steam out wrinkles, and inspect completed products
• Track time, materials, and supplies used for inventory purposes
• Pack customer orders accurately for shipment
• Recognize quality issues and correct them or bring them to the appropriate person's attention
• Assist other production departments as needed Qualifications
• Ability to stand while performing production and packaging work
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to follow instructions and complete varied hands-on tasks
• Attention to product quality and packaging accuracy
• Willingness to support multiple departments based on production needs
