RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all required safety checks at the start of each shift on cranes, tools, and equipment; document inspections as required and continue safety checks throughout the shift. Inspect all incoming materials as well as products during and after the manufacturing process; accurately document all required measurements. Complete written documentation for partial heads and request Quality Control (QC) inspections as required. Properly clean and crate finished heads for shipment to protect product surfaces and finishes. Safely and properly operate overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, hand tools, and other equipment. Complete all required documentation for projects accurately and on time. Successfully complete all required training and safety programs related to the operation of cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other equipment. Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions and decimals, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to use measuring equipment such as tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work direction. Ability to read and write sufficiently to understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and complete required documentation.

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE

Ability to safely use pneumatic tools provided by the Company, with appropriate training and accommodation as required. Ability to use standard hand tools necessary to perform essential job functions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination. Ability to perform work requiring close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the shift, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes. Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 15 pounds. Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects weighing between 15 and 45 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
