SUMMARY Incumbents have line item budget responsibility and are charged with the implementation of services and/or programs.
Duties include:
serving as a liaison; ensuring quality and that rules, regulations, laws and policies are complied with; supervising staff; and focusing on customer service. Incumbents may manage people and/or a program, function or service. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related field, five years of public procurement experience, and three years of supervisory or lead experience directly related to the area assigned; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
